We are looking for an experienced product manager to help drive our product strategy, improve on our product design, come up with product ideas, and keep an eye on the competition. The successful candidate will have UX / UI experience, a keen analytical mind that makes data-driven decisions, and related product management experience.

- Relevant working experience 5 to 7 years
- Experience working for SaaS products or education
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in B2C and B2B product management.
- Experience with prototyping and wire-framing software, such as Figma
- Experience with user tracking software.
- Excellent computer literacy is essential in MS Office or Google suite
- Experience working remotely
- Lead the development of the product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (Vue School team and customers).
- Work on the Certificates.dev platform, ensuring its continuous improvement, alignment with user needs, and seamless integration with dev and design teams.
- Develop and scope out detailed requirements and where necessary, wireframes, for features and enhancements.
- Work with design and developers to deliver the features and enhancement.
- Put in monitoring and tracking systems to gain an understanding of the user experience.
- Do regular competitor research, both on features and pricing and provide input to the rest of the team.
- Work with the marketing department to ensure alignment on product marketing and messaging.
- Work together with marketing to harmonize the logged-out to registration to logged-in user experience.
- Work together with the project management team to set up correct priorities for the teams
- Improve the checkout experience to reduce the number of payment failures, including the user experience, feedback systems, and payment options.
- Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of innovations that grow Vue School’s market share and expand into new markets or services.
- Gather insights from customers feedback, via surveys, analysing customer support queries
- Reliable internet connection (all meetings and work is done online)
