When asked about what made the product a good fit for his company, Mr Owyoung mentioned that “Candidate skill set matching up to the hiring needs”. On this, Mr Owyoung had this to say “What changed with using the Hire App was utilizing the chat function. The simplicity of being able to connect with a dev, get on a call. Not a lot of ways the process can break.”.
